Allura App Privacy Policy

A client wellness and operations companion for Allura Health & Wellness, including intake, appointments, communication, and account support experiences.

This app-specific policy supplements the general AxoNNexa Privacy Policy. If this page describes a data practice differently for Allura App, this app-specific page controls for that app.

• Contact details and account identifiers when a user signs in or requests support.
• Appointment, intake, preference, and wellness-related information a user chooses to submit.
• Payment and booking status from payment processors; full payment card details are handled by the processor, not AxoNNexa.
• Device, diagnostics, push notification token, and app activity needed to operate and improve the app.

• To provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the app experience.
• To authenticate users, deliver requested features, respond to support, and troubleshoot issues.
• To protect the app, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and comply with platform requirements.
• To connect with authorized services such as app stores, hosting providers, analytics, CRM, payment processors, or communication tools when needed for the product.

AxoNNexa does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the app, with the organization responsible for the app experience, when required by law, or when needed to protect users and systems.

If this app uses permissions such as notifications, camera, location, contacts, health-related entries, account sign-in, or in-app purchases, those permissions will be requested in context and reflected in the app store privacy details.

Users may request help accessing, correcting, or deleting app information by contacting support@axonnexa.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, support, or platform compliance reasons.

Allura App may include wellness-related or health-adjacent information submitted by the user. It is not an emergency service and does not replace qualified medical guidance.
