How AxoNNexa handles website, app, and product data
Last updated - July 8, 2026
AxoNNexa LLC ("AxoNNexa," "we," "us," or "our") builds and operates websites, mobile and web applications, automations, commerce systems, AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, and related digital products. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you interact with https://www.axonnexa.com, our contact forms, support channels, store entry points, app information pages, mobile applications, and related online experiences (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
Individual AxoNNexa applications - including Allura App, Navy Skies, Biohacking Empire, and future products (each, an "App") - may publish separate app-specific privacy pages or app store privacy disclosures. Where an app-specific privacy page exists, it is the source of truth for the data collected by that product and controls in the event of a conflict with this Privacy Policy for that App. App-specific privacy pages and app store privacy details will be added or updated as each App is prepared for release.
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide directly:
Information collected automatically:
Information from other sources:
Sensitive information. We do not intentionally collect highly sensitive information through general website forms. Please do not send medical records, health information, financial account numbers, government identifiers, passwords, or other sensitive information unless a specific AxoNNexa service explicitly requests it and provides appropriate instructions for submitting it securely. If an App collects wellness-related or health-adjacent information (such as habits, routines, or lifestyle inputs), that collection will be described in the App's own privacy page, and such information is used only to provide the App's features.
We may use the information we collect to:
Legal bases (where applicable). Where laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation apply, we process personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Services you request), legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the Services), consent (where required, such as certain marketing or cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.
AxoNNexa may use trusted third-party providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, CRM, email delivery, AI-assisted services, commerce (including Shopify), payment processing, app distribution, diagnostics, communications, and customer support. These providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to contractual or platform protections.
Some AxoNNexa products, features, or workflows use AI-assisted tools, automation, or third-party AI APIs to support product functionality, analysis, operations, and user support. We do not use AI tools as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional advice, and AI-assisted outputs should be independently reviewed before you rely on them.
AI training. AxoNNexa does not use personal information collected through the general website to train its own general-purpose AI models. When a product uses a third-party AI provider, information may be processed by that provider to deliver the requested feature, subject to our configuration, the provider's terms, and the applicable product-specific privacy disclosure. We will add app-specific AI data details whenever an App or product uses AI in a way that materially affects user data.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms may be defined under applicable privacy laws. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required notices and choices before doing so.
We may share information in the following circumstances:
If any technology we use is deemed a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable state privacy law (for example, certain analytics or advertising cookies), we will honor applicable opt-out rights, including opt-out preference signals, as described in Sections 7 and 10.
AxoNNexa may publish separate privacy pages for individual Apps, including Allura App, Navy Skies, Biohacking Empire, and future products. App-specific privacy pages should be treated as the source of truth for the data collected by that product, especially where an App uses device permissions, account login, push notifications, in-app purchases, analytics, or third-party integrations.
If an app store, operating system, or third-party platform provides additional privacy controls or disclosures - such as iOS App Privacy labels, Google Play Data Safety disclosures, or OS-level permission settings - those controls and disclosures also apply, and you can manage many permissions directly through your device settings, including resetting advertising identifiers and controlling app permissions.
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits (SDKs), analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep the Services working, remember preferences, measure traffic, understand user behavior, improve performance, protect against abuse, and support marketing or product decisions. These tools may be provided by AxoNNexa or by trusted providers such as hosting, analytics, commerce, advertising, CRM, or diagnostic services. These technologies fall into general categories:
Your choices. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through browser settings, and device controls may allow you to limit tracking or reset advertising identifiers. Some features may not work properly if cookies or similar technologies are disabled. Where required by law, we recognize opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device that sends the signal.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, the Services do not currently respond to DNT signals; however, we do honor the GPC signal as described above where legally required.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, secure our systems, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and support business operations.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the product involved, legal and platform requirements, and operational needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete it, de-identify it, or securely archive it in accordance with applicable law.
If you sign up for updates, request information, or otherwise opt in to receive communications, we may send product updates, support information, newsletters, or marketing messages, and we may measure engagement with those messages (such as opens and clicks) to improve them.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting support@axonnexa.com. If you receive text messages from us, you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance; message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not affect non-marketing communications - such as support replies, account notices, transaction information, security alerts, or legal notices - which we may still send as needed to operate the Services.
Depending on your location and the product involved, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
How to submit a request. Email support@axonnexa.com with the app or product name (if applicable), the email address connected to your request, and a short description of what you need. You may also use this contact method to ask about California privacy rights, opt out of marketing communications, or ask whether a specific product offers additional app-level privacy controls. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law; we may require proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity.
Exceptions. Some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, support, or platform compliance reasons, as permitted by applicable law.
California residents. The rights above include those provided by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 (identifiers; customer records; commercial information; internet or network activity; approximate geolocation; and inferences), from the sources and for the purposes described in Sections 2 and 3, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients described in Section 5 for business purposes. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and AxoNNexa products are not intended for children under 13 unless a product-specific policy states otherwise and appropriate parental consent mechanisms are provided. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without required parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us at support@axonnexa.com.
Certain Apps may have their own minimum age requirements as described in their Product Terms or app store listings.
AxoNNexa is based in the United States, and the Services are hosted and operated in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have data protection rules that differ from those in your location. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as contractual protections with our service providers. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. However, no website, app, network, system, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
The Services may link to third-party websites, app stores, storefronts, and services that we do not operate. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or security. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you use.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, technologies, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice through the Services or by email where practicable. Your continued use of the Services after an update means the updated policy applies.
